Turning 10 is a big deal—especially when you’re stepping into the future of AI. To mark Agora’s milestone anniversary and the launch of its cutting-edge conversational AI products, we gave the brand and website a much-needed glow-up.
My role
With a lean two-person design team, I wore multiple hats—contributing to all things UX, visual design, and illustration. I also built and maintained the design system while supporting Webflow development.

Agora’s brand was stuck in the past—bland, outdated, and out of sync with where the company was headed. With Agora’s new Conversational AI product offerings the marketing site needed a refresh to match the innovation.
The goal was to modernize Agora, align it with its evolution into Agentic AI, and create a seamless, engaging user experience—boosting brand perception and driving conversions.
The redesigned website led to notable improvements in both user experience and business performance. By streamlining the navigation, enhancing mobile responsiveness, and modernizing the visual design, we created a more intuitive and engaging interface for users.
We saw an 11% increase in conversion rate within the first few weeks post-launch.
